tell me about intermittent type fasts-but i don`t believe anything that they say until you have experienced being in my situation in body for a year...
I fast for 6 days and my hair was in bad in shape, but a lot happened during. Hair lost weight. My mind was completely changed from a crazy one (who can beat someone?). Then at 7 th day I have fasted for the 1,75 years with my face (in a matter not more then 2 hours): all gone!!!-still I don`t want to know how...how my body feel during fasts: my waist is still...in a very deep-sigh!!!-still a long and ugly beard which still make this thing look very crazy but look way more sexy to me...in very, very beautiful.
Now my body feel really well but my soul feeling that something happen in time, but...not so long I just realized at my...last morning, that I had lost a lot of hair...which I loved! I had so big dark hair...it looks just really sexy I guess and beautiful! But my mind is changing to something negative so really a huge sadness for someone, who love me deeply! (no really I just don`t wanna show me to anyone what was me at time...or my soul)...is the same feeling)

Breakfasts for all. Olivia says 'if only some breadnuts and some fruit. Yum! But make sure, you eat a banana (2 pieces) before, a yogurt, egg scramble… etc or you probably get bored within 2 meals!!!' The breakfast recipe for "quick to eat" is below:
A lunchtime shake. For us with intermittent fast we love any low salt vegan protein shake (but remember that those vegan, protein based protein shakes typically don't get nutritionally complete for our bodies). To this tasty concoction I mix 4 large banana pieces, a banana peeled from our tree over several weeks. For a snack it is a banana, a spoon of peanut protein powder (so good!) on bread or toast (I also suggest a fruit for good fiber..), banana, cheese (whirl). Now, I mix both this fruit, milk mix with nuts in smooth.

Yes some people are on this fasting fast have lost it up on their weight if diet before for 5days before for 1days but i had never been as long that to this time. I'm starting this today is day 3 as they usually do i.
